West Side Travelers has been established to provide opportunities and Christian fellowship for all those in our church family who would like to travel together to places hither and yon. We are trying to provide a "smorgasbord" of travel adventures to places or events that you may have always wanted to see or do, but have hesitated to do on your own and would like to enjoy with others.
We hope to select different events that may appeal to everyone in the congregation or "fellow travelers". If you would like to suggest an event or join our committee, please contact one of the committee members.
Our committee members are: Ed and Peggy Ernst, Fred and Diane Hatfield, and Ann Takata.
Some of our events have included: Toledo Symphony concert at the Toledo Zoo, "Hello, Dolly" at the Croswell Opera House in Adrian, a picnic at Hidden Lake Gardens, a mystery dinner train ride, "Hansel and Gretel" opera presented by UM Theater department, a sleigh ride at Green field Village, a trip to the State Museum in Lansing.
