Annual Neighborhood Picnic

September 30, 2007 was the day of the West Side United Methodist’s 6th Annual Neighborhood Picnic. This year’s theme was “Down on the Farm” and included plenty of food, live music by MannaFest, activities for children including a petting zoo, pony and horse rides, face painting, horse shoes, pumpkin painting, apple bobbing and lots of fun for everyone. Teenagers enjoyed the game tent, including some virtual games.
This annual event is always open to the public. Watch for news of the 2008 picnic in the fall.
