Health and Wellness

The focus of the West Side United Methodist Church Health and Wellness Committee is on preventive healthcare and helping members of the congregation lead healthier lives through health education and counseling.

A monthly blood pressure screening/measuring is held after the worship service on the third Sunday of each month in the lower level elevaor alcove.

In addition, we offer annual flu shots in the fall, and periodic CPR and AED training classes. Watch the bulletins and newsletters for these additional events.
